    • Apply a thin layer of a simple, scent-free moisturizer (Lubriderm lotion is recommended).

Follow this washing routine 1-2 times a day, and moisturize small amounts throughout the day

    • Your tattoo will start to peel or flake around this time and continue for the next week. This is a normal part of the healing process

    • Don't pick, pull, scratch, or itch your tattoo during this period

    • The peeling should have stopped by now, and you'll see a clearer picture of the final tattoo

    • Over the next few weeks, your tattoo will keep improving as the final healing takes place. In about 6-8 weeks you will have a fully healed tattoo

    • Keep moisturizing your tattoo and research daily skincare routines to prolong the life of your tattoo work
